Shipping Information
24th June 2024 Update – Free Shipping is no longer available on any orders
We use Australia Post to send all orders, if you would prefer to have you order sent via courier please Contact Us before ordering. You have a choice of shipping methods during checkout, either standard Parcel Post or Express Shipping (for both domestic and international orders). Whilst some orders can be small (such as bases or tokens), we do not offer any options to have your order shipped via Envelope (which is usually cheaper). There are no tracking options available for Envelopes and as such, all orders are sent as parcels and include tracking.
Australia Post have changed how parcels are lodged in their online portal and we can no longer add additional comments such as “Leave behind pillar near front door”, “Authority to leave unattended” (or other such instructions) etc, even if you add comments during checkout to that effect.
For shipping and delivery speeds, we recommend looking at the information available on the AusPost website. All orders are sent from Heidelberg West, VIC 3081 – Australia.
Important information about Duties and Taxes
By placing an order on our website you agree to and understand that may be required to pay import duties and taxes in your country. Each countries import duties and taxes vary, and we cannot offer you advice. If you are unsure about import duties or taxes in your own country than please contact your local Customs office for information before ordering products on our website.
We are unable to change the value listed on any international packages, please do not ask as refusal may offend. It is Australian Law that all international packages have their value listed correctly, as this is not only used by Australian Customs but also by our shipping agents to determine the insurance value.
Multiple Orders & Packaging
Whilst we respect your packaging and shipping requests we reserve the right to either combine orders into a single shipment, or break your order down into smaller multiple shipments for ease and improved efficiencies of fulfilling your order(s).
Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to exchange or refund your order. You will need to return to us any products you want a refund for, these must be returned in as-new condition.
You will be responsible for the costs of returning the products to us. The cost of shipping your order will be deducted from any refund you are eligible for.
