Really makes the base Golden Key building something fantastic. The sign (especially with the Acrylic Glow upgrade) is really cool and the added landing. I find that this additional floor is almost a mandatory purchase if you got the base building, as it makes it 2 stories, adding to the cover for larger models on a game table, plus with the additional gribbly bits it really adds to the claustorphobic and chaotic feeling of a Blade Runner city.
